MULTI-PURPOSE EPOXY COMPOUND PUTTY - Pidilite M-Seal G.P. Regular is India's leading two-component room temperature setting epoxy putty sealant designed for sealing, joining, fixing, and building applications. This versatile compound is ideal for gripping, joining, sealing, and insulating a variety of surfaces including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, wood, glass, leather, and certain plastics. The compact 25g pack is perfect for small household repairs, emergency fixes, and DIY projects at homes, offices, and workshops.
STRONG BONDING WITH EXCELLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTIES - M-Seal GP cures to form a tough, long-lasting bond that sets into a hard mass within 60 minutes at room temperature. Once cured, it can be drilled, filed, tapped, machined, sanded, and painted, offering complete versatility for finishing work. The compound exhibits excellent electrical insulating properties and the cured product is resistant to moisture, heat, mild acids, and alkali. Supplied as two components (green resin and black hardener) in equal volumes that mix in a ratio of 1:1, the contrasting colors ensure uniform mixing.

How to Use Clean the surface thoroughly to remove oil, grease, dirt, rust, and loose particles using emery paper or grinder. Degrease using acetone if necessary. Cut or twist off the required amount from both resin (green) and hardener (black) sticks in equal volumes. Knead both components together with fingers for 2-3 minutes until you obtain a uniform color without streaks. If mixing is difficult, warm the putty to room temperature. Apply the mixed putty to the surface within 5 minutes of mixing while it remains pliable. Force it into cracks, holes, or gaps and strike off excess material. Smooth the surface with a damp cloth or tool wetted with clean water within 20 minutes for a neat finish. Allow it to set for 60 minutes at 27°C. After complete hardening, the surface can be drilled, sanded, or painted as required.
