FAST SETTING EPOXY PUTTY - Astral Bondset Fast Setting is a hand-kneadable, high-strength epoxy putty that mixes in one minute to provide fast repairs to multiple surfaces. Supplied as two sticks of different colors wrapped and sealed separately, this versatile putty is designed for quick filling, sealing, and repairing applications in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering fields and domestic use. The 90gm pack is ideal for larger repair jobs and multiple applications around home, office, and industrial sites.
MULTI-PURPOSE REPAIR SOLUTION - This industrial-strength epoxy putty offers excellent adhesion to various surfaces and forms a tenacious bond within minutes. It is ideal for sealing CI pipe joints, sewage pipe lines, water supply mains, concrete pipes, and repairing floors damaged by heavy machinery. Also perfect for filling dents in automobile bodies, repairing broken silencer pipes, preventing leakage in engine radiators, fuel tanks, gear boxes, fixing ceramic tile joints, and sealing overhead tanks and wash-basins.
QUICK CURE AND EASY TO USE - After mixing, apply within 2 minutes for best results. The epoxy begins forming a strong bond in just 5-10 minutes. After 60 minutes, Bondset Fast Setting becomes fully workable and can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded, stained, or painted. The surface should be free from dust, rust, oil, and moisture before application for optimal bonding. Simply knead the two components together until uniform in color and apply to the repair area. Suitable for both dry and damp/wet leaking areas when applied with pressure.

How to Use Prepare the surface by removing dust, rust, oil, paint, varnish, and moisture using emery paper or grinder. Clean with acetone, petrol, or kerosene oil to remove grease. Twist or cut off required amount and knead with fingers until it has a uniform color. If mixing is difficult, warm the putty to room temperature. Apply to surface within 2 minutes of mixing. Force into cracks or holes and strike off excess material with a tool wetted with clean water. When applying to damp or wet areas, work forcefully and apply pressure until adhesion begins. For smooth finish, hand rub with water or damp cloth before hardening. After 60 minutes, the putty can be drilled, sawed, sanded, or painted.
