How to Use: Prepare all bonding surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and removing dust, moisture, oil, grease, and loose particles. Apply Bluecoat Marine Wood Adhesive uniformly across one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or mechanical spreading equipment. Bring surfaces together and apply consistent pressure using clamps, hydraulic presses, or pneumatic systems as required. For cold press applications, maintain adequate clamping pressure for the specified duration. For hot press operations, follow recommended temperature, pressure, and timing guidelines. Remove excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth before setting occurs. Allow full curing time before removing clamps or subjecting assemblies to operational loads. Store in a cool, dry area away from direct heat and sunlight, ensuring the container remains tightly sealed when not in use.
