How to Use: Thoroughly clean bonding surfaces, removing all dust, moisture, oil, grease, and loose particles. Apply Bluecoat Marine Wood Adhesive evenly across one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or mechanical spreader. Join surfaces and apply uniform pressure using clamps, presses, or pneumatic equipment. For cold press bonding, maintain adequate clamping pressure for the recommended duration. For hot press applications, adhere to specified temperature, pressure, and time parameters. Clean excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth before setting. Allow complete curing time before removing clamps or subjecting the assembly to load-bearing operations. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight, keeping the container tightly sealed when not in use.
