How to Use: Prepare bonding surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and removing all dust, moisture, oil, grease, and loose particles. Apply Bluecoat Plus Synthetic Wood Adhesive evenly across one or both surfaces using an appropriate applicator such as a brush, roller, or mechanical spreader. Bring surfaces into contact and apply uniform pressure using clamps, presses, or pneumatic equipment as per application requirements. For cold press bonding, maintain adequate clamping pressure for the specified duration. For hot press applications, adhere to recommended temperature, pressure, and time parameters. Clean excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth before it sets. Allow complete curing time before removing clamps or subjecting the assembly to mechanical stress or load-bearing operations.
