How to Use Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are clean, dry, and completely free from dust, grease, or other contaminants. Apply an even layer of Fevicol Foamfix to both bonding surfaces using a brush, roller, or spreader. Allow minimum 5 minutes for the adhesive to reach touch-dry condition. Firmly press the surfaces together, ensuring complete contact across the bonding area. Take care to prevent air entrapment during the joining process. Initial bond strength develops immediately, but optimal strength is achieved after complete solvent evaporation, typically 12-24 hours depending on substrate porosity. Clean application tools and spills promptly with suitable solvent before adhesive sets. Ensure adequate ventilation during use and minimize prolonged skin contact.
