MULTIPURPOSE WATERPROOFING AND REPAIR SOLUTION - Dr. Fixit 302 Super Latex is based on modified Styrene Butadiene Latex designed for high performance applications in waterproofing and repairs. This multipurpose and economical product prevents cracking by improving flexural strength and is easy to use for various construction and repair applications. It is used for repairs of spalled concrete such as floors, columns, beams, chajjas, slabs and waterproofing of toilets, bathrooms and terraces. SUPERIOR BONDING AND DURABILITY - Bonds strongly to old and new concrete, plaster, masonry, stonework, steel, asphalt and most building materials. Improves hardness and prevents dust generation. Reduces drying and aging shrinkage cracks. Improves erosion resistance and prevents corrosion. Enhances the strength of repair mortar and provides long-lasting durability to treated surfaces. EXCELLENT COVERAGE AND VERSATILE APPLICATIONS - Provides excellent coverage of 70-80 sq.ft per kg in 2 coats, making it highly economical. Can be used as a bond coat for plaster to plaster, concrete to concrete, plaster to concrete masonry to stonework applications. Ideal for waterproofing small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilets and bathrooms, chajjas, lift pits, balconies and staircases. Also suitable for fixing or refixing slip bricks, tiles, stones and marble bedding. Repairs plaster cracks more than 5mm and gaps developed between masonry and RCC members. Less material wastage as material does not fall back or rebound when used as bonding agent.

How to Use Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance and dust. Mix Super Latex, Water and Cement in the ratio 1:4:7. Brush apply the first coat on the prepared surface. Apply second coat after first coat is dry, approximately 4-6 hours between two coats. Overlay the second coat with screed or plaster for protection and finish. The surface should be thoroughly saturated with water before application. Remove any excess water prior to application. For bonding applications, apply a thin coat at rate of 4-5 sq.m per liter and wait until it becomes tacky before applying cement mortar. For repair work, use forced action mixer or heavy-duty electrical drill machine fitted with spiral paddle mixer at slow speed of 400-500 rpm to ensure thorough mixing.
