Mix Birla White WallCare Putty with clean water to form a smooth, lump-free paste with a consistency suitable for easy application. Apply the first coat evenly using a putty blade or trowel, ensuring proper coverage. Allow the first coat to dry completely for 6-8 hours. Apply a second coat if necessary for a smoother finish. Once completely dry, sand the surface lightly with fine sandpaper to achieve an ultra-smooth finish. Wipe off dust with a damp cloth before painting. For best results, apply paint after 24 hours of final putty application.
