INTEGRAL LIQUID WATERPROOFING COMPOUND - Dr. Fixit Pidiproof 101 LW+ is a specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface active plasticizing agents, polymers and additives. It is used as an additive for concrete, plaster and mortars to make concrete more cohesive and prevent segregation. This waterproofing solution protects concrete during the construction stage itself, ensuring long-lasting protection against water seepage and dampness. ENHANCED DURABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE - Provides superior protection to steel reinforcement against corrosion, making concrete more durable. Reduces the permeability of water into concrete, effectively preventing dampness and water seepage through walls, roofs and other structures. The setting time and compressive strength of the concrete remains within specification limits while significantly improving overall structural integrity. Being a liquid, it is easily dispersible and compatible with concrete and mortar mixes. VERSATILE CONSTRUCTION APPLICATIONS - Ideal for waterproofing concrete and sand-cement mortars used in basements, roof slabs and terraces, water tanks and water retaining structures, external plastering, bathrooms and balconies, sumps and drains. How to Use Mix 200 ml of LW+ with every 50 kg bag of cement. Charge cement, sand and aggregates to concrete mixer according to the mix design, mix in dry state for 1-2 minutes. Add 75% of required water into mixer and mix properly. Mix Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ with balance 25% of mixing water and add to premix concrete or mortar. Mix the concrete or mortar thoroughly till achieving cohesive consistency. For plastering, apply the prepared mix in layers as required for the specific task. Allow proper curing of the treated surface to maximize the effectiveness of the waterproofing solution. As an integral solution, it eliminates the need for additional coatings, saving on labor and material costs.
