HEAT AND FUNGAL RESISTANT FORMULA - Bluecoat Marine provides heat and fungal resistance, protecting woodwork from environmental challenges. The adhesive is non-hazardous, non-flammable, and completely free from harmful solvents, ensuring safe working conditions. Special preservatives protect the adhesive from bacterial growth during storage. Features zero wastage packaging with an in-built small lid on the main cap for minimum wastage, keeping the product free from dust, grease, and foreign particles while preventing skin formation.

How to Use: Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles. Apply Bluecoat Marine Wood Adhesive evenly on one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or spreader. Join the surfaces together and apply adequate pressure using clamps or press equipment. For cold press applications, maintain clamping pressure for the recommended duration. For hot press operations, follow manufacturer's guidelines for temperature and pressure settings. Remove excess adhesive immediately with a damp cloth. Allow sufficient curing time before removing clamps or subjecting the assembly to load. Store the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
