How to Use
Key Applications:

• Elastic bonding of panels or profiles to frames

• Sandwiching wooden frames with stones under kitchen platforms for cabinet frame mounting purposes
• Fixing mirror or painted glass on tiles, plywood, fiber cement, Bison Board and WPC board
• Fixing tiles, marble and granite to plywood, concrete and various other substrates
• Providing water-tight seal between two connecting rainwater gutter duct lengths
• DIY applications for small fixing and repair with compatible substrates

Surface Preparation: Clean both surfaces being bonded thoroughly to ensure they are clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles or any other contaminants that may affect adhesion. Use appropriate cleaning solvents if necessary. For porous surfaces like concrete or wood, ensure they are properly cured and stable. Remove any existing coatings, paint or sealants that may interfere with bonding.
Cartridge Preparation: Cut the tip of the sealed cartridge nozzle at an angle using a sharp knife or cutter. Insert the prepared cartridge into a standard skeleton-type caulking gun. Fix the V-cut nozzle on top of the cartridge for precise application. Prime the cartridge by squeezing the gun trigger until the sealant begins to flow from the nozzle tip.
Application Method: Apply the adhesive sealant beads in a zig-zag pattern on one of the substrates to be bonded, maintaining approximately 1 inch (25mm) distance between each sealant bead. For large panels, it is recommended to keep a gap of 35mm at all sides where sealant will be applied to avoid any excess material coming out from the edges and to control any visible gap between the two bonded surfaces. Apply adequate amount of sealant to ensure proper coverage and contact area.
Joining & Bonding: Carefully position the second substrate onto the adhesive-coated surface. Align properly and press firmly to ensure complete contact and to spread the adhesive evenly. The high initial grab strength will hold the materials in place immediately. For vertical applications, the quick grab eliminates the need for temporary supports or mechanical fasteners. Apply sufficient pressure for 30-60 seconds to ensure optimal bonding.
For Heavy Materials: When mounting heavy stone slabs, large mirrors, or substantial panels, apply sealant beads closer together and in greater quantity to ensure adequate bond strength. For extra-large or heavy items, consider using temporary mechanical supports until the sealant achieves full cure strength.
Curing Time: The sealant begins to skin over in approximately 10-20 minutes depending on ambient temperature and humidity. Allow 24-48 hours for complete curing before subjecting the bond to full load or stress. Curing time may vary based on sealant thickness, temperature, humidity and substrate porosity. Full mechanical strength develops after complete curing.
Cleaning & Finishing: Remove any excess sealant immediately using a clean, dry cloth before it begins to cure. Once partially cured, excess material can be trimmed using a sharp blade. After complete curing, the sealant can be painted over if desired using water-based or solvent-based paints for seamless integration with surrounding surfaces.
Important Usage Guidelines:

• NOT suitable for use on PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PTFE (Teflon), polycarbonate, silicone rubber and bituminous substrates
• NOT to be used for any material whose thickness is less than 3mm
• NOT to be used for high-temperature applications such as gasketing
• NOT to be used for gap-filling applications - designed for bonding applications only
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application
• Work within the open time of the product (skin-over time)
• For optimal results, apply when temperature is between 5°C to 40°C

Storage Instructions: Store Fevicol Nail Free Ultra cartridges in a cool (below 30°C) and dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep cartridges in upright position. Do not freeze. Once opened, use the cartridge within a reasonable time. To prevent the nozzle from clogging, wipe clean and cap the nozzle immediately after use. Cut the nozzle tip to remove cured sealant before re-use if the cartridge has been stored for some time.
Safety Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water for several minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. Use in well-ventilated areas. Wear protective gloves for prolonged handling. Wash hands with soap and water after product use. Do not ingest.
