VERSATILE BONDING SOLUTION - Araldite XIN bonds virtually any material to any surface with superior adhesive strength of up to 120 kg/sqcm. Use it to repair broken furniture, automotive parts, machinery components, construction materials, jewelry, electronic equipment, household items and industrial assemblies. The epoxy provides a permanent fix for metal fabrication, granite countertop repairs, glass bonding, wood joinery, ceramic restoration and concrete patching work.
EASY TO USE WITH 45-MINUTE WORKING TIME - Simply roughen, dry and degrease the surfaces to be bonded. Mix equal amounts by volume of resin (XIN100) and hardener (XIN900) thoroughly until homogenous. Apply a thin layer on both surfaces and join them together. The 45-minute open time allows proper positioning before the adhesive sets. For best results, apply adhesive layer between 0.05 to 0.10 mm thick for maximum lap shear strength.

How to Use Surface Preparation: Roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper. Clean and degrease surfaces thoroughly using acetone or isopropanol. Ensure surfaces are completely dry before application.
Mixing: Squeeze out equal amounts by volume from both resin and hardener tubes onto a clean, non-porous surface. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until you achieve a uniform color with no streaks.
Application: Apply a thin, even layer of mixed adhesive on both surfaces to be bonded. Bring surfaces together and apply light pressure. Remove excess adhesive immediately.
Curing: Use mixed adhesive within 45 minutes. Allow joints to set undisturbed for at least 8-12 hours at room temperature for handling strength. Full cure is achieved in 24 hours. Heat curing at 60-80°C can accelerate the process.
Tip: For stronger bonds on porous materials like wood and concrete, apply adhesive on both surfaces. For non-porous materials like metal and glass, one-sided application is sufficient.
